Location & Transportation
The exact location will be shared with ticket holders a few days before the event. The Ranch is approximately 1 hour from Omaha, Nebraska (OMA), the nearest commercial airport.
Shuttle services will be available on select days and times. Tickets are available through the website. Alternatively, you can drive and park in the designated area outside the Ranch.
A final schedule and booking survey will be released soon to help you choose the best shuttle time.
Ubers and Taxis are available from Eppley Airfield to the Ranch but they ARE NOT from the ranch to the airport. If you wish to depart outside of shuttle schedules make sure to book your own transportation beforehand.
Accommodation & Tickets
General tickets include Shiftpods—insulated canvas domes for two people. You can book one solo or share with a friend. Private Shiftpods are also available, see more details here.
Premium lodging for Patrons is also available.
Your all-inclusive ticket covers lodging, access to all music events, and meals throughout the four-day gathering. Additional purchases can be made at the Elixir Bar, gift shop, and art gallery. Specialized workshops and One-on-one healings are sold separately.
We encourage participants to stay for the whole event to create a safe container.
All sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable. In case you can’t make it to Heartland you can transfer your ticket through our support team.
Event Experience
The experience includes music, workshops, movement practices, talks, and community gatherings designed to foster connection, creativity, and personal transformation.
Expect mild to hot days and cool nights. Average highs are around 90°F (32°C), and lows around 52°F (11°C). Rain is possible, so pack accordingly.
Yes, we provide a mix of luxury trailer bathrooms and showers, along with composting toilets.
No, this is an alcohol-free event. Enjoy unique beverages at our elixir bar.
You’re welcome to bring snacks and non-alcoholic beverages. Alcohol is not permitted. Nutritious meals are provided throughout the event.

Heartland Gathering is a four-day immersive wellness and leadership retreat bringing together artists, founders, and cultural builders for connection, music, workshops, and shared experiences.
This gathering is for creators, leaders, and individuals seeking meaningful connection, personal growth, and a deeper sense of community.
The first Heartland Gathering was held in 2023 at Imagine OR, and has continued to grow and evolve each year through the people, relationships, and experiences that shape it.
Souls of Source INC. is a registered religious organization that operates as a spiritual community and church. Our mission is to support spiritual growth, reflection, and community connection through structured ceremonies, and educational gatherings.
Omya is an invitation-only community that brings together leaders, creators, investors, and visionaries around conscious collaboration, meaningful connection, and transformational experiences. It serves as the broader community and ecosystem from which Heartland Gathering emerges each year.
This is a cashless event. You’ll be able to load your bracelet on site with your credit card. We do not have ATM onsite
You may take photos of yourself but not of others without permission. We encourage minimal phone use to maintain the event’s atmosphere.
Children from 5 years old onwards are welcome, no childcare services are provided.
