Event Nature
Heartland Gathering is an immersive leadership, music, and community experience designed to encourage meaningful connection, reflection, creativity, and shared participation.

Tickets & Registration
All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated.
Tickets may not be resold, duplicated, or transferred outside approved processes authorized by Heartland Gathering.
Heartland Gathering reserves the right to deny or revoke admission for behavior that threatens the safety, wellbeing, or experience of others.


Assumption of Risk
Participation in Heartland Gathering involves inherent risks associated with:

  • communal experiences,

  • travel,

  • weather,

  • and group participation.


By attending, you voluntarily assume responsibility for your participation and personal wellbeing.
Heartland Gathering, Souls of Source, OMYA, organizers, facilitators, artists, staff, volunteers, venue owners, and affiliated parties are not liable for injuries, losses, damages, theft, delays, or disruptions except where required by law.


Health & Experience Disclaimer
Heartland Gathering may include movement experiences, spiritual discussions, mindfulness practices, educational workshops, and immersive programming.
Nothing presented during the gathering should be interpreted as medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.
Participants are responsible for their own decisions, wellbeing, and personal boundaries.


Code of Conduct
Heartland Gathering is rooted in mutual respect, care, presence, and responsibility.
Participants agree to:

 

  • treat others respectfully,

  • honor consent and personal boundaries,

  • avoid harmful or disruptive behavior,

  • comply with venue safety requirements,

  • and contribute to a safe community environment.

Harassment, violence, discrimination, illegal activity, or behavior that negatively impacts the gathering may result in removal without refund.


Photography & Media Release
Heartland Gathering may capture photography, video, and audio recordings throughout the event.
By attending, you grant permission for your likeness, voice, and participation to appear in event documentation, promotional materials, social media, and future storytelling content unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing prior to or during the gathering.


Intellectual Property

  • written copy,

  • graphics,

  • videos,

  • photography,

  • and creative assets


are the property of Heartland Gathering or their respective creators and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.
